What the name means here
Despite the name, this is not a competition, a streak leaderboard, or a claim about the benefits of semen retention. Our focus is problematic pornography use, relationships, and daily life.
Experience and evidence
Stories describe one person’s experience. Research articles explain findings and their limits. Neither should be mistaken for a personal diagnosis or a guaranteed recovery plan.
The library
Our collection contains research-informed articles about unwanted patterns, everyday consequences, relationships, sexual concerns, and change. Community stories are published only after permission, anonymity, and editorial checks.
